We will arrange for the delivery of the Goods to the address specified in the order or to another location we agree in writing via several delivery methods:
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery in London for order above £3000 will meet the free standard delivery requirement. Orders below £3000 Exc Vat will incur a delivery charge, which will be confirmed by the sales team on receipt of order.
Delivery lead time of stocked items is approx. 2 - 4 weeks, from receipt and payment of an order. Please contact us for the stock status and estimate delivery date. Customers will be informed of an approximate delivery date upon ordering Goods. Please email and check with our team.
All documentation (Delivery notes, Return notes) must be signed by an authorised member of the Customer’s staff and the AO LuxConcept Driver delivering the order (wherever applicable).
If you do not take delivery of the goods on the scheduled date without providing the minimum 24 hours notice, at our discretion and without prejudice to any other rights, we reserve the right to charge a standard levy fee (currently £60 but subject to change with 30 days’ notice) to recover transport and administration costs.
In the event of a processing error which has resulted in the wrong Goods being despatched to the Customers, AO LuxCocnept will, at our discretion, arrange the re-delivery of the correct Goods with our assigned courier at our expense.
There will be a next day delivery charge which the sales team will confirm before ordering.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return please submit your request within 14 days of delivery by email us at info@aoluxconcept.co.uk

All goods to be returned must be in good condition and original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the associated invoice becoming payable subject to the agreed payment terms.If you received free delivery but no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return, which may include any additional courier charges.

Any refunds or credit notes are subject to receipt and inspection of returned items and will be processed within 30 days of inspection of goods.
